Profiles vanishing means that the jailbreak was removed. Hmm... I think you should: 1. jailbreak every time yalu/jailbreak crashes if you think it's worth to 2. Wait for a more stable Jailbreak release Its true that yalu is for 64-bit and ipad mini 3 is . But its an "older" deviced compared to iphone 6-7-SE, so even tho you can do Jailbreak it would crash more often than on any of the newer devices

This is a semi jailbreak, which means that every time you turn off your IOS device the Jailbreak will be removed and you will have to install it again manually. Try not to turn it off and it will work fine until they release a more stable version
