It would probably in your iCloud somewhere, you can reset the app using 'Apps Manager' or just reinstalling the app and clicking use local data when the game starts back up for the first time. That's what I heard someone else do.

Just stay on 9.2.1 its more stable for the jailbreak anyway, and you can't update to that version, only if you saved blobs otherwise you can only update to the latest version. I don't understand why your phone would be jamming, that's weird but if you want to fix it you can try downloading Cydia Eraser from Cydia or something like that to remove your jailbreak but keeping the version you are on then just re-jailbreak.

'files installed to private' means its installed to the private folder.

The light is the backlight which causes the screen to be bright, but they display itself is not lighting up meaning either the screen isn't any good or a cable isn't working or isn't plugged in. I would think since its a new screen make sure its plugged in properly, both cables or they are broken.

I heard that you can't go down iOS' e.g from iOS 11 to iOS 10 using blobs only down versions like iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 10.2 but I could be wrong. There are tutorials on Youtube on how to use your blobs to restore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX99blMpn7c
