1. Nope, free apple id also work, use Cydia Impactor 2. If you install directly on iosgods app, you won't need to resign every 7 days. Sometimes apple revokes our certificate, when that happen we will let user download the ipa and install through cydia impactor while we get the new certificate 3. I don't understand this question

I recommended not using the ipa file and use directly install, I just tested and works fine without problem. Or you can try with new simply piano account
