Could be version outdated -
Could be modded version issue, you can try overwrite installing with the non-hacked version to use that feature, then overwrite install with hacked version again

This game used gamecenter to load into account. Free apple sideload wont be able to use GameCenter

If you sideload with Sideloadly then you can enable UIFileSharing option to access and extract game Documents to save data (only if you change device) - this may not work if the game add device indentifier check If there is an update / app revoked just sideload again and dont delete the app (only work if you use Sideloadly)
