Can you try this method see if it work? Video not loading? Follow these steps if you’re stuck on loading screen: Step One: Ensure app is closed (force close the app). Step Two: Enable airplane mode. Make sure you are not connected to internet at all Step Three: Open app, then press try again once or twice and wait for blue loading bar to progress.
