Yes, sideloaded app cant use it due to apple policy I can make another version without dumb enemies so you guys can just install overwrite everytime you play on what mode -

You can grab the ipa on decryptedappstore, then you need to use Sideloadly to inject it, or you can export the injected ipa so you can use with other certificate -
Could be the IPA problem so better check that. Also note that ESign is suspicously sending your data to a server in china
