Hm, as far as I know.. when you do restore to factory setting you need to use firs cydia eraser... than everything else.. i hope you are not lost chance.. i screwed my 9.0.2 like that try to jailbreak again... try more times.. also try to hard reboot your device few time after jailbreak is done.. if you dont know hot to hard reboot, search on youtube.. that is home and power button, or home and down button depends on device..
