So this is my second time installing Kali Linux on Virtual Box and VMWare. First time I downloaded Kali on my PC, when I would enter ifconfig on the terminal all I would get was lo and eth but not wlan, which I need for "reasons" Anyways, I just told myself that maybe my PC didn't have the capability for Wi-Fi since I could never connect to my router. But, I recently got a temp laptop and even when I'm connected to the Wi-Fi, I still don't get the wlan option appear on my screen and it's annoying as balls. When I check my internet connection on the top right, it tells me that I'm connected to a wired connection but when I search ifconfig, besides eth it says that there's no data available. Really confused with this crap. >.< I've already tried ifconfig wlanO up and nothing. Any help will be appreciated.

You don't have to be ViP to make a topic in VIP. Sure, you can't reply to it, but nonetheless you can still post accounts there.

ViP accounts for Netflix etc etc haven't gotten leeched. I don't think anyways. They all work fine for me. Also, if you're worried about your stuff getting leeched, post it in ViP.

Hold the power and home button for 10 seconds. Once the logo appears and goes away, let go of both buttons. Then press and hold the up volume button and the power button for about 5-10 secs then release the power button but keep pressing the volume up button. Try that. Idk.....
