Game Center is the only thing not working

I did. For about 10 min or so. I need it for school

I installed it, restarts in safe mode, doesn't go into safe mode. Charge for what tho I did as you said. Went into safe mode. Still can't open Game Center tho

Even if it's only with Game Center? I removed a good amount of tweaks and when i restart the apps don't open again like they did.

No clue. I'm deleting tweaks from Cydia one by one. I can't even go into Safe Mode because when i hold down the power and home buttons, as soon as the screen turns black, the apple logo appears.

I try to open Game Center through the Settings app, and it freezes the settings app, yet I can close the Settings app like nothing. I close all apps from my multitask and restart my phone. However, when I restart my phone, certain apps are open again and I still cannot open Game Center. I open the app itself and it just stays in a white screen. Why is my phone having a stroke.
