I'm confused about the first part of your question. Onto your second question. Replacing #5 with #10 will give you higher hexes. If you're making a speed hack, obviously you're gonna want to make it go lower (like #5) but if you're doing a money hack you'll want it to go higher. #5: #10:

If it's a Unity game I'd suggest just dumping it with il2cpp. Upload the binary into IDA, upload the script into IDA, and let them finish uploading and decompiling. And then use the quick filter on the left side to search for the names of what you want to hack, then enter the offset into iOSGods Live Offset Patcher, and then the hexes on the right side. I posted in your other thread what it should roughly look at but I'll post it here too. It's not as much of a headache doing it this way than going through only IDA and changing the values through there.

Find the offsets you want to use inside IDA and do what @Laxus said and use the Live Offset Patcher in game. All you have to do is watch the video in the thread to get an understanding of how to use it. It's simple. The offset that you find in IDA goes on the left side and your hacked hexes go on the right side. Example:
