I can't get the URL to work and my package open tab doesn't open for me I'm jailbroken on 10.1.

I installed the hack for BTD Battles for 4.0 and then I updated the hack earlier and now I cant uninstall the hack... Help

Mach Portal is a jailbreak app..

My Mach_portal was working earlier and I reset my springboard and it just stopped working and won't open
