Cydia just keeps crashing everytime I open it

Nothing pops up when I use it after it crashes... I reboot and same

I run mach_portal (beta 3) and It doesnt install cydia. IPhone = 6S IOS = 10.1.1

Yes I do and im willing to take the risk...

Yes cause if I didnt it wouldn't let me open it.

Yes it just stays open it doesnt crash which is what its supposed to do.

So I installed the jb on my phone and I opened it but it didnt crash it just stayed open, so i hard reset my phone (Power and home butten) and then retried and same thing what do I do??
