We at iOSGods do not condone apps to be pirated. We believe that people should pay the cost for the developer's endless efforts and stop pirating apps Sike, who am I kidding. If you have jailbreak, you can use cracking tools such as Rasticrac, CrackerXI to crack the app you got from AppStore. Then you are able to install the IPA as you wish. (but if there is a new version released, you will not be able to get it unless you buy it again) However, I have no idea about refund policies if they will refund your money for paid apps. That is up to you.

Using a disposable Apple ID for this process is suggested but not required. Jailbroken iDevices can skip using Cydia Impactor and just install the IPA mod with AppSync & IPA Installer (or alternatives) from Cydia.
