Oh Did you try installling without AppStore?

Did you install iCleaner? I couldn't install anything, then I removed iCleaner and it solved. Maybe you can't download anything from AppStore. Install without AppStore (vShare, AppCake, iTools etc.) If you can install without AppStore, it isn't problem. AppStore sometimes crash.
