That's why I wish to use cydia impactor. Just combine cracked IPA with .deb file; after that can't I make new combined IPA for installing at NON-JB IPhone? like at the forum of non-jailbreak cheat -

Is there any way to combine .deb file with cracked IPA for non-jailbreak? I have a cracked IPA and .deb seperatly. however, my phone is non-jailbreak; so I need some help combine those files. Thank you

I purchased VIP and downloaded one piece thousand cheat for non-jailbreak. and my country's version is also released. I can notice that they are on thr same version. but the servers are different. So is there any way to apply cheat version's file to my country's version? I think there will be way and it won't be difficult at all because their game versions are same. please let me know if there is a way. Thank you for reading my topic.
