There's a "skip" next to the name on the left. Click on it so it changes to "keep". When that's done, click on "next" in the lower right corner and it will install everything you "kept"

The tutorial is fine. That's the one I used when I wanted to install cygwin. I looked at your comments in the topic and I noticed that you just can't read properly. Don't start bashing tutorials made by pros if you're clueless and can't read. If you're getting errors and have questions, feel free to nicely ask how to fix them. Not typings in all-CAPS like a maniac.
