To start, try making save games from regular basic single-player games. Go into their folders and try to find some values you would like to hack ... Exemple : coins > 999999. Keep doing it to several games until you want to advance to another level. After that, learn how to use flex and then make some flex patches.IDA (ARM)would be your last step I guess. The tweak you're trying to download needs to be purchased. After you buy it, you'll be able to download it. If you don't want to buy it, try to find a free cracked version of the tweak you want.

If you need a survey to download something. That "something" will most-probably be fake
