Not yet. The only way to avoid detection at the moment would be to change your MAC adress but, I heard that doing it on an IOS device could messed it up pretty badly. Now here's the thing, not every school IT knows how to track someone who uses netKillUI and it's a pretty long process.
Exemple : I told my school's IT I could shut everyone's wifi acess down and he said "do it, let's see if I can detect you"... He didn't know how. So basically if your school's IT does not look like a smart peach, you'll be fine
Careful people, this is illegal on networks that are not owned by YOU. Most public networks have a pre-installed detector like (Starbucks , McDonalds) and others.
This is easy to track and you could go to jail.
