Yeah I tried downloading HiPStore from the AppStore but it isn't on there anymore. So that solution isn't going to work. And the app I am trying to download is around 86 MB, and I have 2.46 GB of free space left.

When I used the game it gave me everything it was supposed to, but when I tried to spend the money it said I didn't have enough. I closed the game out of multitask and reopened the app, and it showed the money I earned which was in the low hundreds.

Yeah. My iPhone isn't jailbroken due to being practically forced to update to iOS 9.1. As for the whole Wifi thing, my phone was connected to Wifi at the time.

So I downloaded vShare on my iPhone 5S which is running on iOS 9.1, and it works fine. The only problem I have with it is that apps that I download that are over 100 MB don't get installed. It keeps giving me an error every time it is about to install.
