I found some bugs in this ios version.. Siri doesn't work for me and also I can't see recent calls, and few others.. You can jailbreak without a dev account, and if you Jailbreak now, later you will be able to restore to the new version. Depends on you, if you have the ios 8.1.2 jailbroken then wait for the 8.2 public release, If you need the jailbreak now, for many reasons.. then follow my instruction and in 15 minutes you will have your device jailbroken
