Ok so thanks to the help of King of the Ring I was able to figure out what was wrong and why it wasn't working. YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OLD .DEB FILES. That is how I got it to work for me. And i'm sure it could work for you. I will post a video soon. But also the link to see how to fix old .deb files should be ag the top.
