Legitimately speaking; giving yourself 1000 likes on a picture while you only know 50 people in real life is stupid. That creates suspicion. 300 Followers while 1000+ Likes per picture creates suspicion. I've been using all and different kinds of such apps with no problem whatsoever! And as the information I've gathered on your problems; I saw that you stated didn't get banned from Instagram but from Instagram Like Apps. Which is again; the product of your overuse & misuse even if you won't acknowledge it. I can suggest to get back on them and make it as minimal as possible.
