I've had the same problem because I always forget that I have the Fake Transaction tweaks on before purchasing. And happened at Multiple Occasions too! Vainglory, Fifa 16 & Age of Wushu are a few good examples that I've lost my money in. Sometimes they refund you; sometimes not! Those cheeky blabbers! And Apple doesn't have good customer support and doesn't usually reply back.

Legitimately speaking; giving yourself 1000 likes on a picture while you only know 50 people in real life is stupid. That creates suspicion. 300 Followers while 1000+ Likes per picture creates suspicion. I've been using all and different kinds of such apps with no problem whatsoever! Maybe a couple times the app shuts down or doesn't work but that still is no problem from my side. And as the information I've gathered on your problems; I saw that you stated didn't get banned from Instagram but from Instagram Like Apps. Which is again; the product of your overuse & misuse even if you won't acknowledge it. I can suggest to get back on them and make it as minimal as possible.
