Open cydia go to installed tab and search for it, if you installed it recently go to the recent page in installed tab it should be easier to find it there.

You didn't had to back them up unless you wanted to continue from that point without hacks. Just copy the documents and library folders that you have (the hacked ones) and save them in another folder (I made one folder called saves, so I don't lose them), then delete the documents and library folder from the app folder and open the game go back to ifile/filza and new folders should be there (these aren't hacked) now take one of your hacked folders and replace it, close the game from multitask and reopen it if nothing changes replace the other folder.

If you have a guess wich one is try that one it first but it doesn't take any time to test them both
