Unfortunately the only way I know to restore Game Center or any deleted app is by restoring your phone. I'd say back it up first so you don't lose any data and restore it. Do it at your own risk though, I don't know how jailbreaks handle restoring.

This is honestly the first time I have ever worked on a wallpaper. I'm really starting to like it as I've worked through a couple. I personally could care less if anyone hacked into my iCloud email, photos, or anything really. I have nothing to hide I'm more worried for people who have jobs, celebrities and such. Hopefully nothing bad happens to anyone.
