Hi, I've been trying to install some mods that don't require root acesses on my android. I'm still pretty new to the process, but when I try to install mod after download I get a error "App not installed" even when app is installed on device, help?

Use local iapstore on your jailbroken device to purchase anything for free. That's what I did for mine, can get exclusive characters like monster high that costs money instead of gems.
