yes, you don't even need iTunes just get cydia impactor from cydia, and follow its steps and requirements carefully, -

okay lets see well looks like you're screwed, so a restore is necessary if you don't want to lose you're jailbreak search cydia impactor in cydia and restore, it will keep the iOS you're on so you can jb again i hope i helped! -
