seems like you didn't set permissions, idk how to do it with filza, if you use iFile press the little "i" in a circle next to the file and then scroll down to where it says Access Permissions, then make all three Read, Write, Execute. that should work also like @BenJ said some hacks will not work for iOS 9+

delete the hacks files, and make sure to empty your trash, /var/mobile/library/iFile/trash/ and delete the hack again
