yes, cydia should tell you what source is causing the problem then remove that source

ye if you remove the bad source everything should return, its all there but not loading im trying to remember i had the same problem a long time ago

there is safe mode, cleaners, and even manual ways to remove anything i want to know in cydia are you getting any errors

you can always delete with file manager btw also are you getting any errors
