Open Cydia you will notice that it loads it takes some time but let it load till the end. After that click on the third icon below (like a watch) and click above on the left side update or something similar. It could also be that you installed an appsyncunified which is not compatible with your iOS version. You could also re install appsyncunified. tab the search bar in cydia and search for appsyncunified and re install it btw angelxwind is Karen´s Repo maybe you should uninstall this repo and get your appsyncunified from for example http://repo.biteyourapple.net/
