Your right because 11.3.5 does not exist if you u mean 11.3.1 or a beta iOS then yes it does work you just need to install substrate and some other sh!t

This does work use iCleaner pro and respring and try again because it works for me

that's weird did you save the file to your desktop and map local and select the file, you have to start out with one credit so make a new account before you do this
