have you tried to see if the cheat is working, because it says "Finished with result code 0" which normally means the hack installed without any errors.

but you will also need a few information from that tutorial when making your deb, take time and read it it will help a lot .

Are you sure that you don't have VPN connected because some VPN apps don't work as good when using safari? If you have any connected try to disconnect it, and also try clearing your History through safari.
