Try to respring or reboot , it should be ok after that , it happen to me sometime , when the gameloft screen come up , then pop back to the home screen.

Mine is mini2 ios9.3.3 the hack work fine for me

U can try to leave it blank which is nothing at the fire rate it should go back to default

No more username input just the e-mail in your profile

Anyway gayloft just update the game to 1.9.0 damn
