Huh, the files should be there once you have progress, sorry that I can’t help too much. I’m kinda new to modding. I think one of the Admin might be able to help better than me.

Did you already open the game and play it first, sorry I may have forgot to include that step. Once you have used the app for a bit then you should be able to see your documents in the folder. Then all you have to do is replace the files. Let me know if this doesn't work.

I think that since they updated the game, there is no such thing as list.xml or perks.xml anymore because they made it less accessible to hackers. Idk if that is true but I can’t find the files anywhere in the game so I just assume that they’re gone
