Sorry im raping the support forums, but im really interested in trying to learn how to make my own cheats. I'm running ios 9.0.2 on an Ipad4. My problem is that whenever i set my watchpoint in gdb and try and continue the app doesnt unfreeze. (game is Gun Girlz: ragnarok). Putty's output looks like this: At this point I should probably just pick another game and work my way from there, but this is the one game I'm really interested in making chetas for. I know it is possible as xmodgames has some for the current version. As always any help is appreciated!

I am having trouble troubleshooting the segmentation fault: 11 error. I am running ios 9.0.2 on an ipad 4. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps on the other support threads of the same problem, but because I'm new at this,I'm having some trouble. My question is: What number listed in Terminal/Putty is the offset to disable ptrace? Putty spits this out: What is the offset I'm supposed to search for in IDA to disable ptrace and where in IDA would I put it/find it? If it helps, when running the program putty spits out a lot off errors that look like: The game I'm trying to hack is Guns Girlz: Raganrok. Xmodgames already has cheats for it, but they are limited and i would like to make my own. Any help is appreciated!

Hey there, Im very interested in learning how to make cheats for games. I am on ios 9.0.2 on an Ipad 4 which is jailbroken and have no idea where to start. I have read all the pinned threads under the Tutorial section and to my understanding you have to crack an app and use IDA to find the values to change, then use a hex editor to change the values? Correct me if im wrong, but thats my understanding. Now the thing I have a question about is how do you crack an app and what do you do with the edited binary? I also have no idea what the purpose of Theos is? IF someone could help me with the questions or point me to a thread to better my understanding it would be very much appreciated! I also have a IPhone on ios 8.1.2 if that would be better at all?
