I changed the values, But the changes didn't actually effect anything in-game. I set permissions and all that as well. Think this doesn't work anymore.

streaming quality is not premium, which is probably the most important feature =\ thank you for you efforts tho

thank you. Somehow I DID get this to work 0_0 I have no idea how it happened but i got the msg and the package

for me it just displays the msg "Item is already in the purchase queue, please wait and try again"

well I can't get it to work. do you mind telling which IAP are u using? and what steps did you take to make it work?

didn't solve the issue, althogh IGG used to work on my device, iOS 8.4(which I still use). nothing helps to bypass this error
