  1. What's the best way to resolve this conundrum? My app+ expired in November while waiting for revoke fix. I have since gotten a new device and want to renew my subscription. Thanks
  2. I've been using app+ since 2019, and due to the switch away from PayPal I wasn't able to auto-renew my subscription. Is there a way for existing users to renew their subscription without having to enroll as a new customer && wait for certs stock to be avail. Thanks, s0k

Hello, I renewed my app+ subscription on the 16th and after receiving confirmation of payment I get emails saying I’m cancelled by creator and refunded my subscription. can someone help me understand what happened? I didn’t request to be canceled and I don’t know why the creator would cancel me. thanks

  6. Hello on 7.16.20 my subscription renewed, but I never got a download link. This happened last year as well, and you had to give me a direct link to download. I emailed Rook a copy of my receipt and PayPal transaction number. What else can I do to get this resolved?

  11. Hello, I subscribed yesterday to the iOSGods App+ 1 year subscription but still haven't received an email with a download link. I checked my spam/junk folders as well. There is also some other interesting stuff going on. As of writing this, I can see the transaction completed in PayPal, and last night I received a receipt from GumRoad confirming the transaction completed. Today I went to Orders to track the payment, and it shows two invoices for the subscription amount both still "pending" If I click on Pay Now, it attempts to have me submit payment again. Please advise, I can provide the necessary payment identification and receipts if needed.
