    I think this happens because the certificate used to sign the app has been revoked by apple so newly installed apps get stuck on waiting or fail to install while already installed ones still work fine since they were trusted before the revoke the only fix is to wait for a new certificate or use sideloadly on pc to install the ipa with your own apple id which avoids revokes completely You tried Sideloadly ???

    this happens because sideloaded apps signed with your apple id expire after 7 days you don’t need to delete and reinstall every time just connect your device to your pc and open sideloadly then drag the ipa again and install it over the old app it will just refresh the 7 day limit without losing data if you want to update the app use the new ipa file and install the same way it will overwrite the old version safely
