    not sure bro but your best bet right now is try Sideloadly or maybe reinstall whole app again , But apple is revoking third party apps so that can be a reason wirh sideloadly you will never face such problems again

    Try this maybe it helps delete the app that’s stuck on “waiting ,restart your iPhone , open AppGod+ again and try downloading it fresh ,make sure you have enough storage + good internet ,if it still doesn’t work, it might be revoked sometimes waiting icons mean the cert is already dead, so nothing will install till they fix it or resign the app or hey you can just use Sideloadly or Trollstore( if your ios is 16.6 or below )

    what you’re looking for is probably a stat scaler or a seed value between 0–100 (or 0.0–1.0 float) that decides how high the stat rolls between min and max. search the actual stat (like dmg = 73) as dword or float upgrade or reroll the item and search the new stat (like 80 once you find the stat addr, browse nearby memory look for any value around 0–100 (or float 0.0–1.0) — that’s prob the quality scaler change item lvl again and check if that value changes too if yes, try setting it to 100 and see if the stat maxes out.

    You can try dumping the game’s memory while it’s running, but that usually needs a jailbroken or rooted device.

    You can try reinstalling it first. If that doesn’t work and since you said you don’t have a computer for Sideloadly your best bet is TrollStore. It won’t get revoked or cause any issues. The only catch is, I think it only works on iOS versions up to 16
