Sadly, it sounds like your digitizer. My ipad did that when it fell off my car so I got a new digitizer and the problem was solved.

Hey guys, I was wondering if I changed the file name of Cydia, e.g. Applications/Cydia.app, if it would break my device or if everything would still run normal. Just wondering because most apps that detect jailbreaks search for that file path.

You have to have a fatty for an original jailbreak but you could get an e3 flasher for your slim and flash it back and jailbreak it. You can find e3 flashers online and tutorials on how to do it.
