no need install cydown etc and you can downgrade version im pretty sure cydia subs did it

If I would've known about it, I would have said it. However, I don't get myself in these situations so thanks for that input

When you updated Cydia Substrate, it bugged your JB and made it unstable. If you can find a way to downgrade it, good luck. A lot of users have lost their JB due to those updates. If you can't get it working, use this as the only way out, update to ios 9.1 and downgrade to 9.x.x and jailbreak that.

Keep reinstalling it.

I had the same issue. After the 3-5th reinstall, it worked

Did that beforehand, but just retried another 5 times. Still nothing.

Alright, so I've downloaded Flex 2 from 3 different sources: insanelyi, biteyourapple, and xarold.

From there when I try to make a patch for a game, within Flex, when I try to process the libraries, they don't process.

I've tried all sorts of apps and none of them process.

 

Specs: iPad 4th gen 8.1 JB

Sounds like you never updated to ios 9.0.2, in order to do that I'd suggest making a backup. Sadly, you cannot transfer hacks. Only backups i.e. pictures, videos, music, etc..
