For your first problem i got a solution, i used vpn to bypass that, any free vpn will do like windscribe, use europe vpn like UK, Germany and others.. after the game entered diconnect vpn for better ping..

You must not wear any gun in lobby, equip pan instead for it to work, then change the code in the training mode, test it first there.
