This is supported for iOS 9.0.2. Iam currently on iOS 9.0.2. And there should be really no pop up message But maybe you have not enabled it on settings.

I am from Sinful too. Then I just searched some random names then I got on Another website that had iOS on it too. Then I forgot my account so I tried going back there by searching on google iOS hacks. Then I found this website, I was not active back then I just comeback because I won 6 months ViP then when it reached 200k members I had an opportunity to make a request topic about 200k members and about me getting a lifetime ViP.
