If they have jailbreak detection, they may also have sideload detection. -
Not at this time but it may be possible in the future. Of course it's always possible if you use a Paid Apple ID, iOSGods App+ or iOSGods App.

You'd need to use something like Flexdecrypt or fouldecrypt. iGameGod has this feature via the Decrypt & IPA option. Otherwise you can indeed wait for the Decrypted App Store as that bypasses jailbreak detections too. -

You’d need a jailbroken device or someone with it to decrypt for you. Otherwise once it’s available in USA, you can obtain it from the Decrypted App Store. -
