This doesn't seem to be a theos issue but rather the project you're trying to compile. You have a duplicate symbol on both files mentioned.

Hello everyone! We’re happy to inform you that the new version of iGameGod 0.4.4 now resolves the ["Unable to find load 248"] issue and also fixes Live Offset Patcher for rootless jailbreaks! 🎉 If you were experiencing this problem, please update iGameGod to 0.4.4 from the iOSGods Repo, and reinstall your .deb file via iGameGod and everything should work smoothly now. Additionally, we've completely removed the odcctools dependency on this version of iGameGod so it should work better with some other jailbreaks.
