Hello, I'm unaware if that is possible, but iOSGods App+ supports push notifications. A paid Apple ID to use with Sideloadly may also support them.

This does sound like a Cydia Tweak may be interfering. Perhaps try to add it during Safe Mode? Also, what is your iOS version?

Hello, It should if it's just cracked. As long as you are logged in to the same in-app account then everything should sync.
