If the game doesn't sync data with Game Center or their own service, then you're likely out of luck regarding Enterprise Certificates. Via Sideloadly, you can continue overwriting the app and keep all data. What Laxus suggested regarding UIFileSharing may also help!

Hello, iOSGods App+ seems to complete the process successfully. It only seems to fail during installation, which could mean that there is a problem with the IPA file itself, rather than App+. If you could capture device logs when the installation fails, that would help troubleshoot what's happening.
