It has no connection to the tweak.xm. The keys aren't there. It's the default one used in the topic.

Do they have their own keys though? Like kUsaBike, kAnotherBike etc?

No, I don't see a way to fix this apart from restoring. You are jailbroken, but without Cydia and tweaks from it, it's useless. Can you at least see if OpenSSH is installed by connecting to the device via PuTTy?
