Actually, I think the iOS 8 caching has been fixed after UiKit got updated so I don't think you have to reboot for it to show now.

Yeah, some tweaks do drain your battery because they're always running in the background waiting for your input. But even the OS itself drains your battery also. Maybe because Apple wants you to upgrade to their new iDevices.

The bundle filter changes in each app. Youtube's bundle is com.google.youtube (i think) Open the info.plist inside the .app folder to find out.
