  5. guys i have a new problema, I reset the iPod to Factory settings, and is clean, but even now, is not possible to update the iOS, I don´t know why....the iPod never shows the Apple and the progress bar.
  6. Hi everyone, I solved the problem, there is a tool "3utools", is free and it has many options, including "exit recovery mode", I used it and it worked, now I am going to try to update the iPod with a safer method.

Hello everyone, I would like to request your help i have an iPod Touch 6th with iOS 10.3.3, I was trying to updat it to 12.4.3, but the process didn’t finish, I got a message indicating that the update was not able to be completed, I tried many times to restore and the same problem now I have the iPod stuck with the logo of iTunes ant the cable with this at the upper part of the screen: support.apple.com/iPod/restore what can I do ?
